At Meadows Residency, we understand that plans can change. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring fairness for all guests.
Cancellation Policy
Standard Reservations:
Cancellations made [X] days or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within [X] days of the check-in date will incur a cancellation fee of [X]% of the booking amount.
Non-Refundable Rates:
Bookings with non-refundable rates are not eligible for a refund, regardless of the cancellation date.
No-Show Policy:
In case of a no-show, the entire booking amount will be charged, and no refund will be provided.
Refund Policy
